Currently on a short West Coast tour in support of her new EP, 18-year-old Los Angeles singer-songwriter Soren Bryce performs Wednesday at The Crocodile in Seattle. Tickets are $13 in advance. The show starts at 8 p.m. Get the details here.
She’ll be opening for Norwegian singer-songwriter Mr. Little Jeans, a.k.a Monica Birkenes.
Her debut EP, released Aug. 28, was produced by David Kahne, who has worked with Paul McCartney, The Strokes, Fishbone, Lana Del Rey, Ingrid Michaelson and many others. The indie pop-folk artist is getting bushels of praise from music magazines and news media. “Soren Byrce has a lush folk sound that belies her young age,” Billboard reports. Indeed, Bryce has a lot of potential judging from the quality of her EP.
The tour concludes Nov. 22 at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles.
