The Hub Network is hosting a Halloween spook-a-thon featuring Fifth Harmony– something fun for the entire family.

The all-girl teen-pop group will perform one of its hit songs at the 50-state costume competition at Hub’s First Halloween Bash from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26. (The Hub Network airs on Comcast channel 121 and DirectTV channel 294 in Seattle.)

Contestants will be the 50 semi-finalists from each of the United States. The winner will take home $25,000 and get a chance for a walk-on role on the Hub Network’s “R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour: The Series.”

Host of the show for kids and their families is “Saturday Night Live” actor and comedian Kenan Thompson. Costume competition judges include Martha Stewart (the Halloween expert!), actor Hal Sparks and actress, singer and dancer Coco Jones.

The two-hour special includes a performance by pop-star Cody Simpson and appearances by Bailee Madison (“Trophy Wife”), Rico Rodriguez (“Modern Family”), Keean Johnson (“Spooksville”) and Todd Newton (“Family Game Night”), among others.

Formed during season two of “The X Factor,” Fifth Harmony is an effervescent, high-energy group featuring Dinah Jane Hansen, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei and Camila Cabello. Some of their favorite songs include Rihanna’s “Stay” and Ed Sheeran’s “Lego House.” Their official YouTube channel draws millions of views each week from fans who call themselves “harmonizers.”

The group’s new EP, “Better Together,” was released Tuesday, Oct. 22. The group will share the stage with its “X Factor” judge, Demi Lovato, on her “Neon Lights” tour, beginning Feb. 9, 2014, in Vancouver, B.C.

Fifth Harmony will also perform at 106.1 KISS FM’s Jingle Ball at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 8 at Comcast Arena in Everett, along with Selena Gomez, Flo Rida, Fall Out Boy, Icona Pop, Travie McCoy, New Politics and Austine Mahone.
